…to bring you access to the best education, coaching and speakers in the world of fitness, performance and sports science. What started out as a conversation between two academic-practitioners, soon became a wish-list of people who we’d want to see present at conferences, or would love to be able to share a stage with… then it hit us – Why travel when we could bring them to us?
The decision was made to begin organizing some bookings, and a few emails later we had our first influential speaker on-board. Picking up momentum rapidly, just a few days later we set up TRA Performance Education.
We want to bring you the biggest and best names in the world of health, fitness and performance. Our aim is to deliver high quality education across a broad range of topics, and to help coaches like you reach your full potential.
That’s what we’re all about.
Our aim is simple… to create a platform for the best educators, researchers and coaches from around the world to share their knowledge and experience with you, and others like you who share a passion for performance education.
TRA Performance Education isn’t just about the fitness environment; it’s about giving you the tools and confidence to get the most out of yourself and your clients physically and mentally… whatever their goal.
