As the NSCA personal trainer of the year in 2016 and Personal Trainer Hall of Famer in 2015, Nick has published in over 30 major health and fitness magazines as well as contributing to peer reviewed publications such as the NSCA’s Personal Trainer Quarterly.
He’s authored the fantastic books “Strength Training for Fat Loss” and “Building Muscle and Performance”.
During this two-day, intensive learning opportunity you’ll learn Nick Tumminello’s practical, real-world programming methods and systems of exercise selection and training to develop smarter, metabolic strength and conditioning workouts for private, semi-private and small-group training workouts.
